These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tukun.ai, including our website, applications, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Tukun on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own security failure.
Tukun provides semantic-first data and knowledge tools that may include AI-assisted analysis, retrieval, organization, and generation features. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Some features may be marked beta, preview, or experimental. Those features may change more frequently and may be subject to additional limitations.
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
You retain ownership of the content, data, prompts, files, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that material solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit your content and instruct us to process it.
The service may generate summaries, analyses, classifications, recommendations, or other outputs. Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, compliance, security, employment, medical, or other high-impact decisions.
Some features may require a paid subscription or be subject to usage limits, seat limits, storage limits, or API rate limits. Pricing, billing cycles, and included entitlements will be described at the point of purchase or in an order form.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access to paid features if charges are overdue.
We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, models, interfaces, branding, and related materials, other than your content. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements except as separately permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or that the service will be error-free, secure against every threat, or fit for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tukun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will post the revised Terms on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
