This Refund Policy explains when Tukun.ai may issue refunds for subscription or other paid purchases.

Because Tukun provides immediate access to digital services and AI-powered product capabilities, refund eligibility is limited and reviewed based on the circumstances of each request.

1. When refunds may be available

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unable to use the product because of a technical issue caused by our service.

2. When refunds are generally not provided

Because the service provides immediate access to digital functionality and AI-generated resources, refunds are generally not available for the following situations:

  • Change of mind.
  • Partial usage of the product or subscription period.
  • Dissatisfaction with generated content or outputs.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before an automatic renewal is charged.
