Common questions before you choose a plan
What is Tukun and how does it work?
Tukun is a semantic-first data agent. It aligns business meaning, metric definitions, and data relationships before it generates queries or analysis, then returns answers, evidence, and reusable assets in one workbench.
How are credits billed?
For billing reference, 1,000 credits equals USD 1 of metered usage. Different models and providers map to different credit coefficients, so lighter models cost fewer credits and stronger models cost more. Included monthly credits are consumed first.
What usage rules should I know before choosing a plan?
At the moment, Free, Pro, and Max do not support credit overage. When included credits are exhausted, the product does not automatically continue with extra metered charges. Conversation turn limits are 24 turns for Free, 50 for Pro, and 50 for Max.
Which models does each plan actually include?
Model access is controlled by plan entitlement. Free exposes an entry-level model catalog, while Pro and Max expose a wider catalog and support Auto. See the plan-by-plan guide for the current concrete model list.
